- Shoulder Stabilisation
- Shoulder Rotator cuff repair
We ensure our athletes:
- Understand their injury
- Understand barriers to successful rehabilitation
- Understanding of current level of ability
- understanding of rehab program design
- have a clear vision of what the following weeks and months of rehab will contain
In addition to this we constantly monitor our athletes through a messaging service whereby they have direct access to their physio and can ask questions and send videos of exercises of which they are unsure. We find this improves our rehabilitation success rate, and you have your own personal physio to hand.
